Summary of Position


The Supplies Transport is responsible for the transportation of supplies to various locations on campus. This is a
nonexempt position.

Reports to the Donations Supervisor

Responsibilities


1. Responsible for the operational activities of St. Joseph’s Indian School’s relating to Donation Processing as well the
Home and Office area. This includes delivering merchandise that has been donated along with purchased items to
various sites on campus as well as our outreach locations.
2. Assists with processing donated goods to prepare for delivery, serving as a backup for the Donation Processing area.
3. Assures area is kept clean and safe working conditions are maintained.
4. Prepares and delivers special project packages as needed.
5. Ensures all customers have a positive experience by performing all job functions with a positive attitude.
6. Performs other responsibilities as required by the Donations Supervisor.


Qualifications


 High School Degree/GED
 Computer experience
 Good organizational and communication skills
 Self-motivated
 Valid Driver’s License


Physical Demands


 Uses both hands and wrists repetitively for prolonged periods.
 Driving is required.
 Some supervision may require standing for prolonged periods.
Expectations of Hours Worked
 Frequently lifts, carries or otherwise moves and positions objects weighing up to 50lbs.
 Occasionally exerts up to 75 lbs. of force. Uses both hands and wrists repetitively for prolonged periods.
 Regularly bends, stoops, crouches, and climbs stairs.
 Ability to stand for prolonged periods.
 Must have the capability to apply oneself physically over long periods of time.
 Uses the abdominal and lower back muscles to support part of the body repeatedly over time without becoming
fatigued.
