Summer & Break Homes
A Home All Year Long
When school is out, your child can continue to learn, grow, and feel supported at St. Joseph’s Indian School. Our Summer and Break Home programs provide a safe, caring environment for students in first through eighth grade who benefit from additional educational support or are unable to travel home during school breaks.
During the summer, students enjoy a balanced schedule that includes summer learning, recreational activities, community outings, and short trips throughout the Chamberlain area. These experiences help your child continue building friendships, stay engaged in learning, and create lasting memories in a fun and supportive setting.
High school students also have opportunities to stay on campus during the summer while gaining valuable work experience. They may serve as summer home assistants, help lead activities at Rising Eagle Day Camp, assist campus departments, or participate in community service projects. Students involved in Chamberlain High School athletics can also live in our Sports Home, allowing them to return early for practices and competitions while continuing to receive the support of our residential community.
