Special Education Support

Every child learns differently, and we’re here to help your child succeed. If your child needs extra academic support, our Special Education team provides personalized instruction and encouragement to help them build confidence and reach their full potential.

Our caring team works one-on-one and in small groups to help students strengthen important skills, close learning gaps, and make steady progress toward grade-level learning. Using our strengths-based approach, we focus on what your child does well while providing the support they need to overcome challenges.

Your child will also receive the classroom accommodations that help them learn in the way that works best for them. This may include extra time on assignments or tests, a quieter place to work, audio versions of materials, or other individualized supports based on their needs.

St. Joseph’s Indian School is a private, not required by law to offer special education services, but our goal is to help every child feel confident, capable, and successful. By meeting students where they are and offering the services possible, we help them build the skills they need for success both in school and beyond.
