When they aren’t cooking lunch, the culinary team is stocking and running the campus grocery store where houseparents shop for meal preparation in the homes. Breakfast and dinner are eaten in the homes, family-style.

Houseparents vary the menu they provide based on their preferences and cooking styles. In turn, the Dining Hall staff monitor the menus to consult regarding variety and sound nutrition.
