You will be responsible for completing the student portion of the “Financial Aid Needs Analysis” form, or providing a financial aid award letter and cost of attendance information from your attending institution. If you choose to complete the form, a PDF document will generate with your information and needed information for your financial aid officer to complete; the form will automatically be sent via email to your financial aid officer based on the contact information you provide.

We encourage you to contact your financial aid officer to ensure the form was received; emails may or may not be accepted from an outside source. You may send your saved document to the financial aid officer directly if your financial aid officer has not received the document via email.
